Features

Solar Power
we are committed to integrate eco-friendly practices into our services, recognizing the urgent need for sustainable operations in today’s world. To achieve this goal, we strive to secure 100% of our energy needs from renewable sources, contributing to a greener future for our planet. The project is currently running on a 23Kw full solar power system, which has significantly reduced our carbon footprint while providing reliable energy. As part of our long-term vision, we aim to gradually increase this capacity to reach 50Kw, thereby enhancing our operational efficiency. Our ultimate objective is to run on 100% solar power 24/7 for all facilities, ensuring that we are not only minimizing environmental impact but also setting a benchmark for other companies in the industry. By investing in innovative technology and sustainable practices, we hope to inspire others to follow suit and create a collective movement towards a sustainable future.

Rain Water Harvesting
The project currently contains a rain water harvesting system with a capacity of 105m3, which has been meticulously designed to collect and store rainwater efficiently. This valuable resource will be treated rigorously to meet various agricultural needs, such as irrigation for crops, as well as addressing essential human requirements like drinking water and sanitation. Furthermore, the project intends to expand the system significantly in the coming two years, aiming to increase its capacity to an impressive 300m3. This expansion will not only enhance the availability of water but also ensure sustainability and resilience against climate variability, thereby fostering improved agricultural productivity and better quality of life for the local community. By implementing advanced treatment methods and expanding the infrastructure, the project embodies a forward-thinking approach to resource management and ecological conservation.

Recycling facilities
The project will endeavor to recycle close to 85% of waste in various forms, including food waste through an innovative composting process that enriches the soil, and plastic and glass through creative crafts and upcycling initiatives that transform these materials into valuable new products. Additionally, paper and cardboard will be sold to external service providers who specialize in recycling these materials efficiently. To further enhance its environmental impact, the place will adopt a comprehensive policy aimed at reducing waste and encouraging reuse as a strategy to raise public awareness of recycling. This policy will include educational workshops and community events that inform residents about the importance of sustainability, while also fostering a culture of responsible consumption. By engaging the community in these efforts, the project aims to create a lasting change in attitudes toward waste management and environmental stewardship.
